Arugula

A peppery mustard green that is best enjoyed in salad, pasta, quesadillas, eggs, pesto, or on pizza! Great paired with something creamy and bright (cheeses, hummus, apples, citrus, etc)

 

Storage

Arugula stores best in a damp paper towel in a plastic bag in the fridge. Should store for about a week or more. Please note that we often don’t wash our salad greens (unless they are really dirty!) before they get to you because it allows them to stay fresher for longer, so we recommend investing in a salad spinner!
