WAsabi-na

This mustard green has a wasabi-like spice to it! One of our absolute favorites. Great as a base or sliced thinly as an addition to a salad. Delicious with a soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar dressing.

Storage

Wasabi-na stores best in a damp paper towel in a plastic bag in the fridge. Should store for about a week or more. Please note that we often don’t wash our salad greens (unless they are really dirty!) before they get to you because it allows them to stay fresher for longer, so we recommend investing in a salad spinner!

Our Recipes

Wasabi-na Ohitashi

Blanch the greens for a quick 15-30 seconds and add a little bit of soy sauce or Katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes) for added flavoring.
