Mizuna

Mizuna is a Japanese Mustard green. A fan favorite among Twin Willow Farm visitors. Mizuna tastes great raw so you can throw it in a salad, in a sandwich, on top of pizza etc. Mizuna is also really tasty in hot pots, soups, stews etc. Put them in at the very end of the cooking process so that it doesn't turn into mush.

Storage

Mizuna stores best in a damp paper towel in a plastic bag in the fridge. Should store for about a week or more. Please note that we often don’t wash our salad greens (unless they are really dirty!) before they get to you because it allows them to stay fresher for longer, so we recommend washing them before using (this will also give them a fresh boost)!
